I agree to this privacy policy.Consent to Good Industry Practice.Due diligence of prompt arrival and departure is necessary for a WordCamp Speaker/Organizer to participate in the Support Inclusion in Tech initiative. A WordCamp Speaker/Organizer assumes all risk in their participation and should independently notify family, friends or other responsible parties of travel plans in case of travel emergencies including health emergencies and delayed or missed transportation and incorrect lodging reservations. Travel times are crucial, especially if a WordCamp Speaker/Organizer needs to be in certain places at certain times. Always have up-to-date knowledge of all travel plans and details. This means the WordCamp Speaker/Organizer exercises that degree of skill, diligence, prudence and foresight in compliance with the undertakings and obligations which would reasonably and ordinarily be expected of a person engaged in the implementation of hotel and travel reservations and plans. When a traveler misses flights and does not notify the airline, the rest of the itinerary is almost always canceled. Confirm policies for all missed transportation for all transit providers and itineraries. Corporate booking and assistance for a missed flight, bus, train, car or any other form of transportation is not provided through this initiative. Corporate booking and assistance is not provided for a hotel check-in or check-out scheduled for the wrong arrival and departure dates. Know the rules of transportation and lodging providers. I agree to this good industry practice policy. This consent is not required for Yoast applicants.EmailThis field is for validation purposes and should be left unchanged.
